After the trails and the roadster, BMW launches in September 2020 its new cruiser. The original BMW brakes are not enough powerful to stop the 345kg of the motorcycle. That’s why we have developed the complete braking system (front and rear) for the BMW R18: An Aeronal® or Classic Ø300mm floating discs, an Aerotec® 6-piston calipers at the front and 4-piston calipers at the rear as well as a large piston master cylinder (Ø20.6mm) which will allow to slow down and brake the cruiser efficiently. For optimal rear braking, a new horizontal rear master cylinder is available.

The Beringer caliper is compatible with the original master cylinder and the Beringer master cylinder is compatible with the original caliper.
