Initially scheduled for April, the 24 Hours of Le Mans took place on August 29 and 30 on the Bugatti circuit. This 43rd edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans represents the third and penultimate meeting of the World Endurance Championship. The health crisis linked to Covid-19 has taken the edge off many teams, this year only 38 crews were at the start of the race compared to 59 the previous year. However, in spite of the very complicated weather conditions and the numerous falls linked to the change of grip on the track, 31 teams crossed the finish line after 24 hours of racing.
On the general podium of this 43rd edition, we find :

o After a very good start of the race and nearly 12 hours of driving, the team decided to abandon due to an electrical problem that endangered all the drivers.
