Beringer introduces its new high-volume master cylinders.

Beringer is proud to announce the launch of its new master cylinder, specially designed for quads and supermotos seeking braking power with an additional brake fluid reservoir.

This new master cylinder stands out with a significantly larger brake fluid reservoir, offering a total capacity of 26.5 cm³, which is double that of the original version (13 cm³).

This major improvement aims to prevent cavitation risks, ensuring optimal performance even during the most demanding races.

In addition to this feature, it is now possible to achieve symmetry between the clutch and brake master cylinders—symmetry that was previously unachievable.

The master cylinder is offered at a price of €560 (excl. tax) with the lever and is available in 12 finishes.

The Chinese brand CF Moto arrives in France with a catalog of mid-range motorcycles. We had the opportunity to develop the complete front braking and thumb brake system for their 650 NK roadster.
The braking system is composed of two Ø300mm brake discs (cast iron or stainless steela, a 4-pistons axial caliper, a master cylinder with a Ø17,5mm piston and a cable clutch control.

BMW’s hypersport bike, the 2021 S1000RR, can finally be equipped with a Beringer disc. Manufactured with Aeronal® technology, the result is a lighter brake disc thanks to a narrower track, better handling of the bike and fewer braking constraints. With a diameter of 320mm, the disc can be anodized in 12 colors and available in cast iron or stainless steel.
It’s an ideal brake disc for racing use with a thickness of 5.6mm and a heat treated track to increase its life.

It can be combined with an Aerotec® 4-piston radial caliper with 100mm center distance.

On the track, the rear brake is heavily used by the rider, whether amateur or professional, and the degree of angle used in the turns prevents the rider from braking effectively with his foot. This is why more and more riders are opting to a rear braking on the handlebars.
For several years we have been offering a thumb brake system that has proven its effectiveness!

At the beginning of this year 2022, we present you the new rear finger brake system (index finger). This new 1-finger lever is combined with a cable clutch control located in the lower position. The original inclination of the clutch control has been modified by 20° to not touch the fork tube and to obtain a natural action position (engagement, disengagement).

For the moment, the braking system exists only with a Ø12,7mm piston but other versions can be imagined to answer a wider demand.

This brake is initially porposed exclusively for sport bikes equipped with a cable clutch control.

After developing the rear brake system for the KTM Freeride, Beringer is now working on the complete rear brake system for the Italian brand: TM Racing. This system is suitable for all models of the brand except for the TM85.
The complete rear brake is composed of :

and a spacer.

The BMW Nine T is a motorcycle with high-end materials and a careful finish. But who says high-end and performance says Beringer. That’s why, in addition to the front brake (except front disc), we have developed a rear brake kit composed of an Aeronal® Ø267mm floating disc and an Aerotec® 2-piston caliper. A rear caliper that can be mounted on the original disc of the motorcycle.
